American Freddie Stouffer has worked at Trek bikes for 13 years. When Trek acquired the World Tour license in 2014 and became the owner of a UCI Pro Team (then Trek Factory Racing), an Operations Manager was needed, and Freddie was quick to raise his hand. He uprooted his family from Wisconsin, USA and moved to Deinze to begin a new position and new life in cycling-crazed Belgium. Freddie, who is in charge of the day to day running of Trek-Segafredo, has a demanding and vital role; the "go-to" man in the team. Freddie is in charge of all staff and riders, preparing all the logistics, scheduling, and licensing, plus overlooks the massive fleet of vehicles. If the team has a question, Freddie is the man to provide the answer. You can find Freddie in his office in the Trek-Segafredo Service Course almost every day, immersed up to his neck in a job that keeps him hopping, juggling the immense demands of overseeing a UCI World Team.
